Why you may ask

Like the majority of the candidates I speak to day to day I still had career aspirations of my own. I was successful in my previous role but really wanted to be the one, making decisions and having ultimate control. I also felt I could add value to the sector and bring my own service levels and ideas to improve the experience for clients and candidates with a more focused and dedicated offering.

The new website launched with positive feedback and whilst it is still not there yet, its been well received as being fresh and easy to navigate.

I have been contacted by a number of clients who trust me as an individual to not only do a professional job, but to deliver against their recruitment needs, given my proven track record. We are already working with a number of well-respected travel brands.

After many years in Tour Operating in Revenue Management and Yield roles I know only too well how challenging the travel industry can be. I also recognise that in a downturn and a difficult economy starting a recruitment company will be challenging but I believe our service and my personal attention to detail will help us gain customers. It's not like we have no pedigree. I want to work closely with both employers and candidates and I think people want a more personal service and focused service.

The travel executive recruitment arena is about delivering results, proven track record, honesty and trust, and these are attributes we will be exploiting as these are the main essence of Jayne Peirce Recruitment Solutions.

Our approach to recruitment is one the fully utilses the power of social media, recognising that this highly charged industry requires more than just a headhunt strategy, but one that embraces the entire industry and can engage with audiences via forums, blogs and social networking platforms.
